Messaging Terms of Service
Program Description
Insomnia IT Solutions LLC provides text messaging to communicate with business clients regarding system deployment status, scheduling IT assessments, technical support notifications, and service updates. Customers opt-in to this service strictly by executing a corporate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or signed onboarding contract; no automated or public web-form opt-ins are utilized.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your active support tickets and system service requests.
Fees & Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
How to Opt-Out / Stop
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Insomnia IT Solutions LLC and all wireless mobile carriers are not liable for delayed, misdirected, or undelivered messages sent through the service.
Age Restriction
By executing a corporate service agreement and opting into text messaging from Insomnia IT Solutions LLC, you represent and warrant that any designated corporate representatives receiving these communications are at least 18 years of age and possess the corporate authority to consent to receiving technical communications on the business mobile numbers provided.
